Throttling - After Speed Test

I did a Speed Test, and it seems to throttle after it hit like 187MB/s.

I think it triggered some kind of throttling after that.  Experiencing high pings.

Xfinity *DOES NOT* throttle accounts.  If you are having issues with not getting the speeds you are paying for, then it is time to have a tech come out to check your lines and levels.  If you have splitters on your line in the house, they often cause major issues.  Keep in mind that when a tech visits, if a problem exists in the line coming to the exterior of the home, you will not be charged for the visit. If the issue exists within the home (splitters, etc), you may be charged for your visit, at the rate that exists for your area.
