Thousands of attempts of blocked keywords

Keyword match: Anal , 10989 Attempts, 2023/2/12 18:58:01

I am getting attempts like this showing I up on my admin reports from the parental control. I surely am not attempting this keyword, and I have verified I am the only device connected to the wifi. How is this possible?

The best course of action, in this case, would actually be to report this to our Customer Security Assurance. You can contact CSA by calling CSA Toll-Free Number: 1-888-565-4329.

Unfortunately no, I spent over an hour on the phone and was transferred to 3 different people but to no avail. At one point I asked the 2nd person I was transferred to if I needed to enable remote management for her to access my admin and she replied “no I think that is for your tv remote”. Just got transferred to a 4th person who asked what she can help me with today. Ridiculously frustrating and a waste of my time. 

please let me know if you or anyone else can help me with this because the phone support cannot.
