This service is horrendous

I canceled this service months ago after I found out that Xfinity was still charging me for service at an address I no longer lived at. When an agent called me to cancel my service so the next tenant could move in, I did so, and now I'm still receiving invoices and notifications that I'm behind on payment. I did not sign up for service at my next address. Will be making some reports to the BBB regarding Xfinity's poor customer service, incompetence in managing funds, and the resulting fraudulent behavior by their commercial team.
