There is more than one active connection on my computer
I just added TV to my Internet plan, since then I have had weird things happening with my internet such as random connections being added to my internet, my computer keeps saying there is more than one active connection on my computer, and my internet is slow while connecting to websites and online games. This all happened today, I wasn't having these issues any other time. Any help??

If you are using Xfinity equipment, you might have an MoCA issue. It's Ethernet over coax. It has no security in Xfinity's implementation.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multimedia_over_Coax_Alliance
There are many posts like this one about how to fix it and isolate your network from your neighbors. You need an MoCA point of entry filter to block the signal:
https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/your-home-network/gateway-is-switching-between-mine-and-someone-elses/657fa412e4ada53451927564?commentId=65801af32e4f0f28452cf678
Of if they scrub that link, search this form for "unknown devices or devices connecting to my network". It's a long term problem and especially common in apartments/multi-family close neighbor situations.

FWIW.
Bear in mind that we've seen many posts here that the MoCA feature gets turned back on with their overnight re-boots / updates for the device. The best policy is to be sure to use that POE filter as was stated by @flatlander3 ! Amazon has them: https://www.amazon.com/SNLP-1GCW-Filter-Eliminate-Multi-Room-Interference/dp/B07SLD9QPH
Or you can get one for free at your local Comcast / Xfinity store.
If you are not using the MoCA feature on your home network, you can put the POE filter right at the back of your gateway device instead of at the point of entry.
