The wifi lights on my motor are blinking white continuously

We’ve tried resetting it, unplugging from everything, and even factory resetting and has done nothing to help. Xfinity AI just keeps sending us in circles and it gotten very frustrating.

Are you having any actual connectivity problems, or just focusing on the lights ? FWIW. Some models of routers have their firmware coded to have the WiFi indicator lights behave in that fashion. It typically indicates that data packets are flowing.

Thank you so much for stopping by for help with the lights on your modem flashing. With some models, as @EG mentioned, that is to be expected. With our Xfi gateways, you would have a solid white light for a good connection, but I know others do blink to show there is movement/a connection to use.

Are you using one of our Xfi gateways by chance? If not, if you let me know what model you are using, I can check into that if your only concern is the lights, and you are not having any connection issues. Are you having issues with your connection as well?
