TG1682G Disable All Wi-Fi Including Hidden Networks - Need Help!

I need to disable all Wi-Fi signals on my TG1682G including the hidden networks.  They're causing massive problems, making the gateway unusable to me.  I have WiFi analyzer and I've done my homework.  I've turned off the public WiFi networks, xfinitywifi, and enabled bridge mode but the gateway continues to broadcast.  I tried to request help from customer support but chat is down and the Xfinity store is closed.  How can I get some help?

AFAIK, the "hidden" broadcasts can not be disabled.

It's my understanding that Comcast can disable this, even if they actively prevent customers from doing it themselves.

I'm having the same issue. Just spent an hour and a half on the call with multiple comcast agents. I'm technical and work in cybersecurity so I'm familiar with networks and secruity. Wanted them to remove the hidden network being broadcast. I've already disabled the xfinitywifi (secured) and xfinitywifi (open) ssid from broadcasting (which ticked me off that was the default), but there is no place to disable the hidden networks. They bounced me around and around until they finally said they'd send me a brand new gateway, as the hidden network is the network used for their home security solution and there's no way to turn it off (I think this is a load of bull). I fully expect the new gateway to broadcast the hidden network and to have to call back again and demand to speak with supervisors until I get someone that can turn it off. I hate that Comcast broadcasts other networks I don't use and can't control without telling me. If there was any other ISP available where I live, I would use them.
