Terrible
I've had xfinity for 5 months now. Since then I've had 6 service teams to come out an "fix" my outages an yet im still left with the internet dropping 8 times a day an no solution. The support team does nothing of real value when I explain what is going on. They tell they will send a service tech an when the service tech arrives all they do is the same thing the last one did. Im paying for the best internet xfinity provides yet I rarely get to expirence it. This has been one of the worst expirence I've had with any company.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
