Terrible service
It is extremely hard to get a hold of a representative. Our connection is slow and has been this way for the three months we’ve had it. We are paying a high premium for this terrible service. I am not going to troubleshoot the modem 20 times it should work as directed. It is impossible to speak to a real person and explain the situation. This is ridiculous. We have been paying for the service and we haven’t been getting our moneys worth. We are supposed to be getting 1000 Mdps and when running a speed test we aren’t even getting half of what we are paying for, we aren’t even receiving 400 on a good day. There is no one to explain our issues to because all of xfinity a customer derive is terrible, I have had to try to upload this post 3 TIMES because it keeps self deleting wonder why. It is ridiculous that we have been paying this price for months and have been trying to get a hold of someone to discuss the speed and no one is contacting I’m asked to trouble shoot for the hundredth time. We haven’t got what we are paying for and have had a terrible experience with xfinity if there is no compensate or reconciliation available we will be canceling our service.
