Terrible service, terrible customer service

Had xfinity for about almost a month, had no internet for the first week. Internet continues to drop out. XFi pods are terrible waste of $120. Zero customer service. Return process for those is dragging out to where I will extend past the 30 day return period.

Thinking I may cancel service and not pay the bill. I understand covid has caused lots of issues. But when you get someone on the phone they literally can’t do anything for you as a discount or refund. It’s like they know they have an excuse to be terrible and they are using that to capitalize.

All I have gotten from customer service the few times I have gotten through without getting hung up on by the terrible automated system, is “I’m sorry, is there anything else I can help you with”.

Return process for xFi pods said to return to store. Drove 30min to the store and they weren’t excepting returns, they said to call. So I call and they can’t process the return, have to go to a website to fill a form out. Did that, and now I’m awaiting an email on further instructions. Two days have gone by and no email. Feels like I’ll be stuck with these useless outlet covers

Almost the same exact scenario! In the middle of a freaking pandemic, xfinity stops working! Can't even get anyone to call me back! Terrible. Have ATT coming on Monday to install an upgraded modem. Then, moving to ATT TV, I think.
