Terrible network performance!!

I have been patient long enough. I have not been getting the speed I've been paying for. I have had several techs come out and changed all the wires, the drop, and I'm still having internet issues. I was told that the node was having noise and they NEVER came and got it fixed. It has been going on for months now and no one wants to dig in and fix the issue. I also have packet burst and latency issues everyday!

Hello user_015e51, I appreciate you providing that context of what's happend already, and for providing those screenshots. These days network issues are so impactful since pretty much everything needs a connection, so I totally get being frustrated. I'd love a chance to help turn things around and work to find a resolution with you. Were those speeds tests run with a wirlesse or hardwired connection?

Hardwired. I also ran a trace route on my pc and my third hop is going to a CC server and it is dropping packets consistently.
