Terrible connection all times of day. Packet loss

Our connection issues have been going on for 9 monts. I’ve had techs come out to tell me everything is good and I’m getting good speeds. One of the techs said the tap should be replaced.. Seems like ping and packet loss are the biggest issue, no online gaming, streaming buffers, speeds are not consistent.

 

I have also posted some screenshots of pingplotter running a few hours. 

 

Here are my power levels - they dont move much.

Still having these issues, high packet loss on hop2 and so on. Could I get some help?

Updated with pingplotter screenshots - packet loss not as high tonight.

Still having problems. I have updated my post with screenshots to show my connection issues in further detail. But yet again xfinity has failed to respond. Great service you guys are providing at such a low cost too! Can’t wait for AT&T or Google to hit my area and I’m sure lots of people feel the same way!
