Technical Support
I've been on the phone for support on/off for 2 hours. They were not able to correct my problem and I asked at least a dozen or more times to connect me to the higher level tech. support group. They never transferred but continued to waste my time by asking questions, over and over. I asked for supv., who was busy and they would call me back. A few minute later someone called, said he was supv. and went through same questions and did not help. I again asked for higher support. I've been waiting over 1/2 hour, no call. The past several times when I say I will give feedback, I never get a call, that's what happened again today. Is all support out of the country. I always get someone with a accent. I'm elderly, a bit hard of hearing and having an accent adds to my difficulty in hearing/understanding them.
