Teams Audio Drop on Xfinity

Ever since I've moved to Xfinity (from Verizon Fios), I've experience Teams audio dropping for 5 - 10 seconds (while video is fine) - I definitely believe this is an Xfinity issue as I've never had issues with Fios over 5 years. 

Does anyone have a solve for this?

That is definitely an issue we can look further into from here @user_tn0j8k. Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
