TALK TO A REAL LIVE PERSON IMPOSSIBLE
I have called THREE times and get your STUPID BOT. I can never ever get a real person, and if I do, it takes about 20 minutes of answering stupid troubleshooting questions that DO NOT APPLY. If it doesn't like your answer, it CUTES YOU OFF.
XFINITY handle this problem as soon as possible. I just started an account, upgraded my speed got a new modem and secured our network which was getting hit by hackers. Now, it kicks me OFF the internet every day. I am about to change my internet service to another ISP.
Ridiculous. FIX YOUR BOT!!!!

+1 on this. Tech support is the worst. Had I known, I would have never switched to xfinity. Certainly considering changing ISPs already after only 2 weeks.
