T25 Modem not getting Gigabit speed
Hello,
I signed up for Gigabit plan and should get 1200 MBPS speed. However I am not able to cross 935 download speed. Upload seems to be fine clocking at 39. Comcast is saying contact Arris to change configuration. Arris is saying there is nothing to change. Anybody has same modem and getting gigabit speed from Xfinity? Thanks

The T25 is not approved by Comcast for use with Gigabit service. See https://www.xfinity.com/support/devices ("Wired Download Speed: Up to 949 Mbps").
Using devices on Internet speed tiers for which Comcast has not approved them tends to produce unexpected results, often speeds well below the manufacturer's ratings. You should upgrade the device, or choose a lower plan speed for which the device is approved.
