System Outages

I have recently been experiencing greater service interruptions.  Has there been an upgrade which affected Router protocol; ID & PW's?  Help line is of little help.  They just want to reset the gateway, unplug modem\router, etc.  Why all of a sudden (since 6/28/24) has the service been lousy?

First. When these outages occur are they being officially indicated here with any info about them ?;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.
