First. Check their site for official info on any possible local outages here;
https://www.xfinity.com/support/status
Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.
Or you can use their Xfinity App: https://www.xfinity.com/apps

Hi @user_q06sb6, I see from our awesome Xfinity Forums Expert @EG suggesting you to check our site for any possible outage at https://www.xfinity.com/support/status. Use a cell phone internet service, public WiFi hotspot, or your neighbor's internet to check status. It was also suggested to check our Xfinity App for updates. Did you try the link or our App?
