SYNC Timing Synchronization failure

Afternoon all,

While it doesn't happen on any consistent basis, when it starts, it drops the internet several times throughout multiple days rendering the internet useless.  I have my own cable modem that is showing the following logs:

Time Not Established   Critical (3)   SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire QAM/QPSK symbol timing;;CM-MAC=00:40:36:4f:32:8e;CMTS-MAC=00:00:00:00:00:00;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.1;
    Time Not Established   Critical (3)   No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out;CM-MAC=00:40:36:4f:32:8e;CMTS-MAC=00:01:5c:7a:0c:49;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.1;

Upstream:

Channel Lock Status Channel Type Channel ID Symb. Rate (Ksym/sec) Freq. (MHz) Pwr (dBmV)
   1 Locked SC-QAM 1 5120 36.5 40.8
   2 Locked SC-QAM 2 5120 30.1 40.8
   3 Locked SC-QAM 3 5120 23.7 40.0
   4 Locked SC-QAM 4 5120 17.3 39.5

I don't have any spliters on the line - the cable comes from the demarc box outside of the house directly into my modem using a single cable.  Last time I had comcast out, they noted that they couldn't see any issues and because I was running my own modem, there wasn't anything else they could do to help.  I was hoping you all may have some other suggestions for what I could do to keep my internet from dropping.  I'm not adverse to having a tech come out again, I'm just trying to see what else I can do on my end first.

Thanks
