SW upgrade Failed after download -Incompatible SW file
My netgear cm1200 was working and speeds were at 900Mbps. When I look at the event logs, I can see that xfinity pushed out an update that was corrupted.

I spoke with several agents that wanted to send a technician to check my cable connections. I was able to use an older docsis 3.0 motorola modem with no issues, other than the speeds are only half of the service that I am paying for. Xfinity did their 10G "upgrade" which did not improve a thing. I have also attempted to use a CAX80-100NAS Netgear AX6000 and was only able to get half the speed 400-500 Mbps.

@user_cm2505 This isn't the experience we want any customer have. Were you able to schedule for a technician since you're still having issues?
