Surface Pro 3 with Win10 can't connect to Xfinity home wifi.

Just as the title says. Pc won't connect to my home wifi. It can see the network but when the login info is entered correctly,  it simply says, "Cannot connect to this network." The pc is up to date on all drivers and is Win10 v10.0.19045. All other devices and pc's connect with no issues. Have tried "forgetting" the network with no change in result. The pc can connect to other networks with no issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

@user_d941150 I spoke to their rep and all they could come up with to take the computer to a pc shop. Still not resolved unfortunately. If you have any luck please reply back! I'll update if we find a solution.

Same issue. Seems to work on a WPA2 WIFI Setting, but all my other devices disconnect on WPA2.

@user_u95djd

Please create a new topic of your own here on this board detailing your issue. Thanks. The original poster has not returned. 4-month-old dead thread is now being closed.

For future reference, it is better to submit your own post as it creates a ticket to get help, and posting on an older thread can delay getting help.
