[Edited: Language]. Contacting customer support is by far worse than any other company ever. I would recommend RUN, Don't even consider. A old fashion dial up land line is WAY better than the "extreme service" that you pay up the [Edited: Language]for to get 10 MPS! 800 MBS is what I pay for and I get nothing anywhere close to it.
