Supplying fiber to my house [Edited: "Language"]

Ser tech shows up and finds water in the line from your main line .. he replaces the line. Tech informs me that he placed the order for a line crew to replace the junction box on the main line and replace main line if needed. Well that was a week ago and I am still in the same place losing tv and internet at least 20-30 times a day. This has been going on for a month. I have Tachus coming out to install fiber to my house next week and so long to Xfinity and their phone service will also be [Edited: "Language"].
