How do i get a hold of a supervisor? Ive been dealing with the same issue for 2 months and the support is [Edited: "Inflammatory"]. I dont know how they continue to offer such subpar support. Please give me an email address or a phone number for someont that can assist me.

Please be aware that the reps you get on the phone are told to never transfer a call to a supervisor. Some will, but most won't. Some will transfer you to another line rep who will tell you that they are a supervisor, but they are not. Some will lie and tell you that the supervisor is not available, or that the supervisor is on another call. Then there is the time honored tactic of telling you that they are going to put you on hold while waiting for a supervisor to answer your call, and then hanging up after a short period of time. The line reps are trained not for forward calls to supervisors, and you are never guaranteed that if you are handed off to one, that that person is really a supervisor. There does not seem to be a reliable way to get to speak with a supervisor.
