Sudden Spike in “data usage”

I have a family of 3, my husband who is gone majority of the week, my daughter who has no access to data, and myself. We averaged 500-700GB of data a month when I was working 50+ hours a week which required I be on a constant video conference. I have now been reduced to 20-30 hrs and no longer required to be on video conferences all day long. Xfinity claims that we are now using OVER 1.5 TB of data a month which is impossible. Xfinity even states on the site that 1.2TB is enough to stream HD Movies for 18 hours a day! This is a class action lawsuit on the way and needs to be resolved immediately. You are scamming hundreds if not thousands of customers and its ridiculous to think no one would realize it. The agents are no help at all. Never get call backs. One told me that she would put me on unlimited but my current bill would remain the same. She credited my account and next month had the exact same issue. I'm over it and if not addressed I will be reporting to BBB and all necessary departments.
