Submit a complaint

Does anyone know how to submit a complaint? An xfinity salesperson just reached out and told me they would not honor my 1 GB internet speed because I am cancelling my service at the end of the month.

I’m still paying for 1 GB and this seems incredibly unethical. I’m hoping I can work it out with Xfinity before needing to get regulatory agencies involved.
