student Discount plans, Already verified with SHEER ID

I was browsing the website because verizon is finally offering 500 mbs and higher for home internet. Also with a student discount. Then I saw the plan from xfinity about the student plans. 500 mb and 1 Gig. I followed the link and verified with SHEER again and clicked on the link but no options for the plan are available. I called into the customer service and was stuck with several human sounding AI agents that were no help at all. One directed me to go to a box store, which i already did and was told that only the main number can offer student discounts, another AI said just kept pushing a different plan for 10$ lower and half the speed. How do I get my plan changed to the student plan, ill be in school for the next few years and need internet for classes. 

And getting told by the agents yes im human when your trying to explain things is getting frustrating because they tell you what youve told them 5 minutes ago.
