Stuck in apartment gateway activation loop – need help

Hi, I'm in an apartment with a preinstalled Xfinity gateway. Got a verification call yesterday but missed it. Now Wi-Fi connects but no internet—redirects to idm.xfinity.com. Text code failed with "Sorry, That Didn’t Go As Planned." Tried calling (bots), callbacks (unavailable at 2 AM). Please help activate!
