Stuck in a backend loop

I’m a new user who has no internet and no access to my account the fact that you guys have this backend issue and no one is really working on fixing it is ridiculous. I see how many people have the same problem and why do I have to explain myself 100 times to get anything done?. Just fix it or gin programmers that can. Also why is my internet not working?
