Struggling with poor download speed performance since Hurricane Beryl
I have been struggling with poor download speeds since Hurricane Beryl hit Houston last year. At first I suspected an issue with my Unifi equipment. I have trouble shot this with them and ultimately believe there was an issue with the WAN. Prior to storm the systems speed test routinely achieved 2.3 GB down via daily logged speed test from the gateway. Since the storm it is more erratic but hovers around 1.3 GB.

@Xfinity Support how can I get somebody to confirm my boot file is configured appropriately or assess local community equipment health? I have sent a DM but not received a reply; sorry didn't realize this was a violation of forum rules. I'll wait for your reply here.
