Streaming has become almost impossible after 2.5 years of working - tried all suggested solutions - please help I need to work
For 2.5 years I have streamed on Twitch using Xfinity. Now I have enough followers to make a living but Xfinity is failing me all but 4-5 hours a day- usually Midnight - 4 or 5 am. The last week I only streamed once without buffering from 1:30-3am. I have upgraded my modem and plan as well as had technicians run new wires in my house and do maintenance on the outside post. The speed is being throttled I am certain but why? I was making a living and now have not been able to stream for the last 2 weeks I am losing money everyday and probably subscribers to my channel. There are no other ISP near here to switch to so Xfinity is the only choice and not working for me despite everything Xfinity and I have tried. Someone please help me resolve this

@user_415062 Our team can definitely understand how stressful and irritating it is to have issues with your internet connection. We all work from home on this end of the screen so we can completely relate to how it causes you to make arrangements that you didn't expect. If you could please send me a DM with your first and last name along with your full-service address, we can get started looking into your account.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
See https://comca.st/3KQF8q9 for an example.
