Storm Ready WIFI

My Storm Ready now had at different times a blinking white and solid white light.  my app says there is a problem and to power cycle it.  usually it comes back with Good battery and strong cell signals, and later solid and blinking again.  Should I reinstall, need instructions, or take it to the home center?  The cable network is performing well, and good speed and is not failing over to the Storm ready.  Thanks.

Hello @user_5e30e1 Did the app specify what the issue was or just keep it vague? We can certainly take a look into the account to see what we show for the equipment before you take it into a store.

hi Matthew, thanks for your response, I did try a procedure where i removed my PODS (I have 2 of Gen 2) and then install the Storm Ready, after about an hour I got a notification all was good and Storm Ready is working great.  Thanks again for reaching out.  I may leave the PODS off for now to see if there are any performance issues.

Hi Matthew, I removed my two PODS (Gen 2) first and then installed the Storm Ready to be sure there was no conflict (saw a note on this) and after about an hour i received a message that the storm ready was online, thanks for reaching out and appreciate your help.
