Storm ready WiFi

Storm ready WiFi is not working. App says it’s activated. Don’t work with no power. Have power for several days, so battery charged fully and connected to power. Still nothing.  White lights blinking on both.  Please please

help

@user_722f07 Troubleshooting Xfinity Storm-Ready WiFi is simple and easy with the Xfinity app!

To get started, open the Xfinity app and go to WiFi tab > View WiFi equipment > Storm-Ready WiFi > Troubleshoot Device. The Xfinity app will troubleshoot your Storm-Ready WiFi device and provide a status for your WiFi signal, cellular signal and Battery Backup. What is the status of your SRW device?
