Yea the reps on the chat tried to say I needed Xfinity Complete to disconnect the Storm ready and get it re activated. Was told by multiple agents that they don't have any tools to troubleshoot that device so basically just leaving it unplugged for now as it somehow messes everything up on my account when it's plugged in recently past week or two whatever is going on with Comcast hope to get resolution some day

@user_e16o47 Did you recently change your gateway? We have seen some problems getting the Storm-Ready WiFi to connect after a swap.

I'm having this same issue - storm ready device says "Needs Attention" in the xfinity app.
