Still waiting for Bucket Truck

2 days ago my internet suddenly went out. I called Xfinity and was advised that a technician would come out right away. Once the technician arrived after reviewing our issue he advised that he put in a request for a bucket truck to repair our line as water from a recent storm had caused an issue to the line. I asked how long would it take for the Bucket truck to arrive and was advised that it would be approximately 30mins. 2 days later and still nothing. Every time I call "customer service" I get advised that there is no ETA. I work from home and have not been able to work since this issue occurred.
