Static IP
Why does Comcast/Xfinity, in this day of streaming services which rely upon a user's geographical location, provide static IPs for its residential customers (would also facilitate stable hookups of wireless devices like printers)?

@user_4luvph Thank you for joining us on the Xfinity Forums! We don't currently offer the option for a Static IP through residential. However, it would be available through Comcast Business services! They can be reached by calling 1-800-391-3000.
