Static IP and Port Forward Issue
Hi there, I previously set up a port forward on my network for a device that has since had its IP addressed changed, from x.x.x.99 to x.x.x.102. Both the device and the xFi router control interface show this new static IP, x.x.x.102. However, when I delete the port forward from the now-defunct IP address (.99) and add one for the device at the new address (.102), the port forward only wants to show on the old one. It refuses to recognize that the device has .102 assigned to it now. I can't force my gateway to forget the device (powered off, disconnected cable, deactivated adapter, etc.) either in the app or the router control.
What the heck can I do to fix this???

Hello, @user_76f83a, thank you for coming to us with this question! It would be our pleasure to assist. Now, residential accounts do not have a static IP address that is something exclusive to business customers. However, if you are asking the app and the router to forget the device, it should disappear from the network. When you go to remove the device does the app or admin center give you an error message at all, or does it just spin and spin?
