Starting to get time-outs on connecting to certain sites

It started about a month ago when my regular banking website started timeout when I was trying to connect to it.  The trace is as follows:

C:\Users\gregf>tracert -4 online.techcu.com

Tracing route to online.techcu.com [66.126.188.15]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

1 <1 ms <1 ms <1 ms 10.0.0.1
2 10.0.0.1 reports: Destination protocol unreachable.

Trace complete.

Just recently, my UCSF started doing the same thing.

C:\Users\gregf>tracert -4 ucsfmychart.ucsfmedicalcenter.org

Tracing route to vip-qcmychart-2.ucsfmedicalcenter.org [64.54.6.4]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

1 1 ms 1 ms <1 ms 10.0.0.1
2 10.0.0.1 reports: Destination protocol unreachable.

Trace complete.

These 2 sites use to work all the time.

Try disabling the Xfi Advanced Security feature as a workaround for now and see. It's buggy ! And there is currently no way for an end-user to be able to whitelist anything;
