Starter Box Not Delivered
I am a new customer looking to setup my service. During my signup process I was instructed that I would receive a starter box with instructions for getting everything up and running along with my modem included in my package. This was never delivered and I have not been able to get ahold of anyone or submit a ticket to address this issue. I need help ASAP as I work from home and need to get this service started.
