Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received

I recently installed a NetGear CM1200 modem with Luxol Controller and Router and have the Modem set to passthrough.  I have Gigabyte service and a technician has run new cable from the pole to my house and afterwards ran a speed test and found 950 Mbps., so excellent connection.   My signal levels on all channels are from 6.1 to 8.0 dBmv and my S/Ns are from 41.9 to 42.7 dB.  My actual speed is good ... 550 Mbps.

Everyday I get the following EVENT LOG on my NetGear Modem:

Critical (3)

Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - T3 time-out;CM-MAC=08:36:c9:3e:21:c8;CMTS-MAC=00:01:5c:a6:00:5b;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.1;

Warning (5)Dynamic Range Window violation
Warning (5)RNG-RSP CCAP Commanded Power in Excess of 6 dB Below the Value Corresponding to the Top of the DRW;CM-MAC=08:36:c9:3e:21:c8;CMTS-MAC=00:01:5c:a6:00:5b;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.1;

Everything is working fine, except having to reboot the modem every 5 to 7 days, and then it is fine again.  Is there anything that can be done to eliminate the Critical and Warning messages, or should I just forget about them?
