Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - T3 time-out
I am having consistent internet connection drops due to the issue stated above. I have exhausted all resources to get an answer. My at-home router/modem is a Nighthawk CAX30. The cable diagnostics are below. I need to understand how to fix this as working from home has become impossible due to the frequency of T3 time-out and auto modem resets.

The downstream signal power level and the SNR values were good at that snapshot in time. And there were no bit errors. Please also post the upstream power level values, and also post the modem's RF error log entries in their entirety (copy and paste all of the text) but redact the CM and the CMTS MAC addresses for privacy or else the forum bot will not allow your post to be seen publicly.

Greetings, @user_24ytp1! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing all these connection drops, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.
These signals look pretty good, but as @EG mentioned, the upstream power levels and RF error log entries may tell a different story. It's also possible there could just be a physical connection break occurring because of a loose or deteriorating connection point between the tap and your CAX30. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” (speech bubble) icon in the top-right corner of the screen, then the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the section, type or select "Xfinity Support" and type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session. You can see how to send us a direct message here, https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/guidelines/how-to-direct-messaging-within-the-forum/697ba1e570934d009185c514.
