Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - T3 time-out

Been having pocket loss or disconnecting from the internet at random times and some being for 12 seconds or more at a time. It went away for a little bit after some scheduled maintanince happened in my area but it came back about a month after it was fixed. Happened 3 times in the past hours tonight. Posted about this same issues a couple months ago but it came back so I dont know what to do now.
