SSID advice for Orbi AP Mode

Hi There, We have the latest Xfinity 6E gateway, but unfortunately due to the number of devices and construction of the house, XFi pods were never sufficient. We purchased an Orbi mesh network back in October 2022 that we put in to AP mode but still suffer from dropped coverage and a number of other problems including signal interference, poor throughput speeds. We have had a number of technicians out over the years and the last two service calls recently have rectified the signal interference issue as it relates to the Xfinity security system and cameras. Question here is just what is best practice?  Do we need two separate SSID?… or can the Xfinity SSID be the same as the Orbi for convenience due to the number of devices and family in the house? Thanks!

@user_137bc9 Thank you for reaching out with your concerns. If you are going to use a seperate router it is recommended that you put our modem in bridge mode this will make it just a modem. For more inf on this and how to set it up I have the following walkthrough which can be found at https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/wireless-gateway-enable-disable-bridge-mode.
