spotty or no internet for 1 week

For about 5 days now, we do not have internet access from home. Our devices are all up to date and working on other networks. Neither wifi not ethernet connection gives internet. our home network seems to be fine but there is no Comcast connection to internet - or only spotty connection. we are unable to work from home.

Xfinity outage website indicated that schedule service was being done in our general neighborhood on April 16 2025

We need a service technician to come resolve this asap.
