Spotty Internet (security verify)
On android and Windows computers, Washington Post and nearly all other sites won't get verified by the Wi-Fi so my Internet is basically off for more than a week. CNN and Wikipedia load up but not much more. My macbook air gets all the internet so it's insane what the problem is. Gotta be something Xfinity did and is doing

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

Tried a million things to fix the issue. In the process figured out that the windows computers were not getting IPv4 addresses from the router when the router was broadcasting in 5G. That's how I was getting half the internet -- I was getting IPv6 pages but not IPv4 pages. I changed the router to split the bands (one name for 2.4G and another for 5G), and suddenly, regardless of band, the windows computers were getting both IPv4 and IPv6, and everything was great! Problem solved.
