Sporadic internet drops.

My Arris S33 is experiencing repeated DOCSIS connectivity failures since I received my new cable box. The modem logs show multiple T3 and T4 timeouts, UCD invalid/channel unusable errors, Dynamic Range Window violations, and repeated upstream channel reconfiguration.

I have removed all splitters in the house and have one barrel connector before my modem.  My only connections are the barrel connector and the modem.  Before I got the new cable box, I rarely had an issue.  At the exact time the cable box was delivered my internet went out briefly.  

When I last rebooted my modem 10 days ago, I had 3 days of solid connection with no errors logged.  I do not recall the downstream channel that was used when there were no issues.
