user_89f1kw Thank you so much for your post for help with splitting your Bands using the Xfintiy app. For our Xfi internet customers the option would be available when logging in using your primary Xfinity ID or the account Manager ID. I see the option in my app once I select the Wifi tab and then Wifi details. In Wifi Details, if you hit Edit Wifi settings Split Bands is at the bottom and can be toggled on and off for you to set up different names. If you do not have that option you may not be logged in as the correct user role or you may be using our NOW internet services. Our NOW internet customers do have limited options as it is a reduced level of services offered at a reduced cost.
