I am working from home & we use many apps & a virtual phone. suddenly my speed is poor today. i need

Minimum upload speed: 3 mbps
Minimum download speed: 10 mbps but i am getting dowload speed of 6.6 & upload speed 2.16. i am trying to chat w/ a live agent but it keeps telling me i have an open chat already & to end the current cfhat . i keep clicling on end chat & starting over again, but it still says I have an open chat. I cant call anyone. any one can help me ?
