Speed to Gateway is SLOW!!

Speed to Gateway is 362.7 Mbps.  My plan speed is 1100.00 Mbps.  It shows Latancy is 15.7 Ms.  This is happening through the day and night.  I recently exchanged for new Xfinity Gateway and I creased my speed with Xfinity!!  What can be causing this?
