speed question

why the promotion and my login shows 2gig up and down. when I got the plan I get only 300mbps up.

Thanks for reaching out to us, if you signed up for the 2gig Symmetrical upload and download speeds you do have to make sure you have the correct Xfinity modem. Which would be our XB10 modem
