Speed of Internet Connection horribly low

I pay for high-speed internet and am getting a speed of 60mbps. While standing right next to the modem. I have reset it. Extremely frustrating.

How long have you had that speed problem? Have you gone through the troubleshooting steps on the Xfinity app to test your connection?
